Which data
Visitors can leave data via the contact form, by email, through the external Microsoft Bookings appointment page or during a conversation about an assignment. This includes your name, email address, organisation and role, the information in your message and the appointment details you provide via Microsoft Bookings.

- carrying out the necessary professional communication;

Retention periods
Contact requests that do not lead to an assignment are normally not kept for longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information relating to an assignment is kept for longer where contractual, accounting or legal obligations require this.
Recipients and processors
Your data is not sold. Services are used that are necessary for hosting the website, email, delivery of the contact form and scheduling appointments. When you use the external Microsoft Bookings page, Microsoft’s own privacy terms apply.
