I am Ingeborg Maes, strategic adviser and temporary reinforcement for chief executives and executive teams. I come into the picture when complexity, workload or change put oversight and progress under pressure.

I combine strategic insight with practical delivery. This allows me to quickly understand what is at stake, bring structure, and together with a chief executive or executive team take the step from analysis to workable decisions and concrete progress.

How I work

I work independently, analytically and with a focus on people. I quickly see where decision-making, collaboration or progress stalls, and where the real question lies.

I am able to reflect independently and raise difficult questions. I bring structure without unnecessary complexity and keep the focus on what truly makes a difference: results and people. Clarity, engagement and a workable pace are not secondary concerns for me, but conditions for sustainable progress.

My background

My expertise covers project management, process improvement, quality management, change management and coaching. This combination underpins my role as a strategic adviser: it enables me both to contribute at executive level and to make the translation into delivery. I have experience with public organisations, non-profits and SMEs.

Qualifications

  • PMP certified;
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner;
  • Lean Black Belt;
  • experience as an EFQM assessor;
  • a coaching background.

Other professional activities

Alongside my work as a strategic adviser, I am involved in the strategy and European development of RevivoCare as Managing Partner. RevivoCare is a specialist residential treatment centre in Cape Town.
